Sued For A Contract I Did Not Sign!

I was served with legal papers to answer a summons. This was a 'breach of contract' for selling a business. I have NO Idea that I was selling my own business!

I found out a family member who's not an officer or has any relations to this business put it up for sale. He signed my name on the contract. Now, they are going after me for the commissions because he did not fully comply with getting them all the financials as required in the contract. He could not get all the financials because he does not have access to them!

Do I file a motion to dismiss this case? Please advise.

Exactily what position in the business does the family member have in the business ?
