Hi there. Unfortuantely, the truth is that many judgments go uncollected. In other words, sometimes a judgment can amount to a worthless paper if the debtor is essentially "judgment proof". Your likelihood of collecting depends upon two main factors, namely your state (jurisdiction) and his assets. The best step would be to speak with a collections attorney. WLD has lawyers all over the place, so I would suggest you visit their main page and contact them for some direction. Hope things work out. AJJ
