new to this
i went to court today for a false protective order in which nothing that was stated in the affidavit was true. but the judge still granted the order. i have talked to a few ppl that no what was goin on and there willing to come to court on my behave as wittness. is there anyway to appeal this order to get my wittnesses in for me. help plz me and this lady have been apart for a year or better.

You can ask for another hearing on the issue or for a hearing to remove the order--and bring your witnesses and evidence.
But you frankly should have presented your information that the first time. Judges are usually flexible in this kind of matter however. |

well im not to sure bout judges being flexiable, cause the pics she had i was never at her house or on her street, she had to walk around the corner to take them i feel like if u say u so scared of me y would u walk around the corner to take a pic of my car. but thx ive contacted a lawyer and people from the subdivison that say they havnt seen her but once or twice in over a year which is how long ive been gone. if u have anymore info plz seen
