sending Omani Riyal through an exchange from Qatar

last week I was sending Omani Riyal through an exchange from Qatar to one of my friend\'s Bank Account in Sultanate of Oman. Till today the money is not credited in his Account and I was suffering too much and financial loss from that. Can I sue a civil case againest the Exchange.

Perhaps, but the truth is no one can tell you for sure without knowing the full details. International litigation is very tricky and complex. If I were you, I would definitely want an experienced lawyer who knows what he or she is doing. I do believe WLD has attorneys in that area of the world if you go through their main site and ask about it. AJJ

Best to just find out what is happening and get it resolved--a lawsuit is not worth it here.

That happens a lot by the way but it will come through.
