Could someone tell me what is the procedure addressing the violation of an agreed temporary injunction? That is, when the party who initiates an agreed temporary injunction, the judge orders it, and then the initiating party violates it..what are the steps an attorney needs to take in order to make the judge aware of the violation? And is such violation contempt of court, or not?

Ok..to make it more clear...Plaintiff applies for a temporary injunction against Defendant..
Plaintiff and Defendant agree on certain terms, including certain rights of Defendant, and implying certain temporary rights of Plaintiff. Judge agrees with terms and files the order. Then Plaintiff violates their own agreement, denying the rights of Defendant formerly agreed on. Does this nullify Plaintiff's temporary rights? |

check with the police comissioner and ask what steps to take to possibly have the injunction voided or terms renewed/changed. You may akldo have the plantiff in a bit of hot water for violating the terms.
