Pennsylvania
i have a old civil case im the PLAINTIFF an the DEFENDANT owed me an amount of the judgment and its been about 5 years now and i didnt even get a penny out of it how can i claim it |

Why have you waited so long? Do you have any paper trail (proof) you have attempted to collect your awarded damages throughout the five (5) years?
If you can not show your attempts of collection for five (5) years, it may show complacency to a new judge. Not to mention, you need to check with your state on statute of limitations. |
