Wife wants to sue over erased pitures
My friend and his wife are going through a separation. He took pictures
of her while she was sleeping because he would miss her when she was gone.(He does not want the separation as is very in love with her) These pictures could be construed as sexual in nature. She woke up while he was taking them and he erased them off the camera. She says she is having the pictures recovered off the memory card and will press charges against him and try to get custody of their daughter because of them. She is saying that he must have done this before and that he must have put them on the internet. However, he did not take any other pictures. Can she press charges? If so what kind? If she puts the pictures on the internet herself(they show no nudity)and tries to blame him, does he have any recourse? Can he prove he didn't do it? What steps should my friend take? The wife has the camera and memory card in her possession. |

No she cannot press charges for that. But he does need to keep them private.
