South African Citizen
Is it possible for a South African Citizen to be forced by the defendant in a civil action being heard in the Florida Supreme Court to attend in person to make a deposition. The defendant in this action is obviously trying to cause maximum difficulties to various members of the complainants side.

It is legally possible yes but takes time and a lot of money and the deposing party has to pay it all. ...so it is not often done...
