oan amount of Rs.5 lakh
India
I hav given loan to my friend for an amount of Rs.5 lakh 5 year back.Still he never paid me one rupee also and more than last year ie 2007 he has given me bank cheque for an amount of Rs.5 lakh and its return from bank saying insufficient fund.just want to know can i give complain now based on the return cheque on him and same time he has signed empty 100 rs bond paper. kindly advise. |

Consumer court or regular court will review and give an order that he pay -- the order is enforceable by all standard collection methods. You might tell him that is your next step.
