Default Initiate a Stay/Or schedule hearing?

FLORIDA: I received a certified mail letter postmarked 3-11-09 by the Office Of General Counsel, in reference to my 3rd amended complaint Pro-Se. Below is what it stated.
:Notice of Lack of Prosecution:Please take notice that it appears on the fact of the record that no activity by filing of pleadings, order of court, or otherwise has occurred for a period of 10 month's immediately preceeding service of this notice, and no stay has been issued or approoved by the court. Pursuant to Rule 1.420(e), if no such record activity occurs within 60 days following the service of this notice, and if no stay is issued or approoved during such 60- day period, this action may be dissmissed by the court on its motion or on the motion of any interested person, whether a party to the action or not, after reasonable notice to the parties, unless a party shows good cause in writing at least 5 days before the hearing on the motion why the action should remain pending. My main question would be, (1) Do I only need call them & set up a hearing date on my 3rd amended complaint, within 60 days of the service of my notice? Or (2) Do I need to perhaps file with the clerk of courts a "STAY" & also mail a copy to the Office of General Counsel? (3) If I do need to get a STAY approoved by the court, How should I title it, & what all should I include within? Thanks!!

It would appear the court just wants to see some action continue. They don't want inactive cases on the docket. You need to proceed with the case or drop it.
