Default Ho Chi Minh City gambling lawsuit

I am vacationing in Ho Chi Minh City and is due back to the U.S. Honolulu Hawaii in April -- Just last week I played at Club in Saigon and lost $10.000US because I was chasing my lost. During my play at their computerized blackjack table, I noticed the game was fixed to rob people of their money, for examples, many times I had a good game, 20, 21, the dealer had to beat me one point better, so I lost a total of $10.000US. This club is in Sheraton Saigon. Can I sue?

well i guess you could ask Sheraton to investigate if outright fraud is occurring

they will likely say they don't run the games, but they may check

but i agree with others above--what were you thniking to spend that over there where you have no real recourse??
