lawsuit
My uncle was in the Alabama state prison system. Before he went in, his health was good, according to blood tests. When he was released, he was then informed that he tested positive for Hepatitis C and was denied any medical care or treatment for this fatal disease. He has already filed a claim against those responsible but did not have the means to follow through. He is searching for an attorney that can help him to see this case to its end.

Some attorneys that take those cases do take them on contingency if the case is strong. You often have to meet with a number of attorneys to get one to take the case. Ask the attorneys if your case is strong--or not.
Or you could ask World Law on their home page to help you find one. |
