unpaid bill
so i took an ad out in a specialty trade throw away journal for 2 months this summer. for 250 bucks a month. The bill was 500 but i didnt pay it. Now i get a lawyer letter saying that if I dont pay we are gonna litigate this and you will owe court costs and the cost of litigation.. How scared should i be? I think its bull****? why take me to court for 500 bucks???

They normally will not do so for that amount.
If they do, you may have to pay costs that you admit you agreed to--but normally not court costs of the other side. |

I would always advise using a law costs draftsman like UK law costs draftsmen Wigg & Co. (www.sterlingcosts.co.uk) for any lawsuit.
