on my record?!
i had to go to court for shoplifting less than $50 of an item, i am not proud of this at all and i am very ashamed of what i did. i was not booked, did not have my picture taken, nor had my finger prints taken. I went to court, paid my $185 court fee, but now i am wondering if i have to put this incident on my application for employment though no jail time, no picture and no fingerprints were taken. thank you for your time.

Call the DA and see what is listed on your record if anything; you can also possibly seek an expunction if need be.
