Exclamation Law Beyond Supreme Court

1. What is the effect and remedy if a Judge relies on an incorrect or
inapplicable case law to base his decision in a civil case?/

2. What is the

remedy
against the Judgment of Supreme court based on
non-reading and misreading of evidence on record after all remedies such as
Appeal and Review to the Supreme court have been exhausted??

It can be appealed or extraordinary writs can be filed for highly unusual situations.

This is true both in US and in Pakistani law--depending on what you are asking about.
