I dont think so... you're entitiled to fresh air, certainly, but others are also free to destroy themselves in any slow painful awful manner they please.

No, this is a very stupid question.
Should I sue YOU because the cars you ride in contribute to pollution? The plants that produce the products you buy contribute to pollution? Should I sue you because you go to the bathroom, and that waste is flushed in to resevoirs and other bodies of water? There are a lot worst things in the air then tobacco smoke... |

You won't win with a tobacco company. You can't really sue anyone for that.

Tobacco companies should be banned. They manufactures tobacco, because of them tobacco smoking spreads easily as a bad habit. Support World No Tobacco Day.
