Judgment
New York Asking if have a right to reopen a case where there was a monetary judgment issued? Judgment issued 4/4/08.

On what grounds do you wat to re-open.
It is possible but there must be very good reason, or if you were not served etc. |

On what grounds do you want to re-open. usually once a judment is made you have a specific amount of time to apeal the decision however I have no knowledge of your case therfore can not comment on weather you may or may not be able to do anything
