Getting Back My Engagement Ring
I gave my fiance a $5,000 engagement ring three months ago. I have since
discovered that we are not compatible and asked for the ring back. I was never able to get her to set a firm wedding date. She refuses to give it back. We both live in Gwinnett County Georgia. Do I have a legal means of getting my ring back. I am still paying for it. Thanks. |

go to your library and read a law book, they say: if she broke it off she has to give it back, if you broke it off and she didnt give it back then its hers. She is the damaged party. If she broke it off then you is the damaged party and you can take her to small claims court for it.
