Question Statute Of Limitations In California?

I am thinking of filing a civil case against my former employer and supervisor and wanted to know what the time frame is before the statute of limitations has been reached in the state of California. The incident happened 8/17/07.

Default Re: Statute Of Limitations In California?

Depends on what is the issue? What is the cause of action or nature of the case?
