Rite Aid Violated My Civil Rights!
Rite Aid Pharmacy disclosed my Identifiable Medical Information (Prescription Medical Records) to my girlfriend's doctor, Dr. James H., without my consent, authorization, or knowledge!! I had never even met him! Dr. H. then disclosed the information to my girlfriend and my mother. I feel very strongly that Rite Aid Pharmacy and Dr. H (and his assistant Dr. Joan) violated my Civil Rights. He said he acquired the information voluntarily from the pharmacy, through no fault of his own. When I asked that I be presented with my personal records he illegaly obtained, he proceeded to laugh in my face, and then gave them to me. They were marked with my name, address and other personal information, yet there was not a single signature, from me or from the pharmacist! But, the date, time, and fax number for Dr. H. were on the side of the documents. I know I have a case against both. I just need a lawyer to help!

Report it to your State Board of Pharmacuetical Licensing!
