IF A DISTRICT ATTORNEY SERVES YOU WITH A SUBPOENA THAT IS NOT SIGNED BY A JUDGE BUT FROM THE CLERK OF JUDICIAL RECORDS, DO I HAVE TO SERVE THE SUBPOENA?
