I was in a auto accident on the 14th of this month, and I had a chain saw on the back of my truck. From the time the tow truck hooked to my truck and it got to the garage, my chain saw came up missing. I have a witness that seen the saw on the truck at the scene of the accident, and my wife knew it was there when I left the house 10 minutes before the accident. What can I do to get my saw back?

You can file in small claims. Contact your local magistrate for the forms.
