I have a question about a case in which the plaintiff deliberately used an incorrect middle name and never correctly spelled the respondants name. There was council that never raised that issue with the judge. When the respondant raised that issue with the lawyers, she was told that the name didn't make a difference and they refused to bring it up before the judge. Afterwards, the plaintiff stopped using his middle name entirely. The names were never permitted to be corrected and the council used intimidation to get the respondant to drop the issue. What are the legal ramifications?
