Has There Been A Case of a Juvenile False Imprisonment
I am searching to find if there has ever been a case of a juvenile being falsely incarcerated without committing an offense, ever being charged, trial, or conviction in The United States of America.
I believe this is a case of first impression. Am I correct? |
