The court can compensate him...what else do you mean?

Is a lawyer involved?

yes a lawyer is involved. he has a hole in his back and pains in his tail bone he can not sit up for more then a hour or so and the lawer told him he had to be in court no matter what and never really told him what to do or something to help.

also this hole and tail bone pain is a result from the hospital we are sueing as they are bedwounds from not turning him while he was out of it.
