my dad is in a medical malpractice sueing a hospital for messing up his back and making him bed bound.he can not set up for more then a hour max and has a 2 week trail in 2months he has a sore on his back and tail bone and can not set up for more then a hour max i was wondering if there is anything the court can do to make it better or what we can do?

yes a lawyer is involved. he has a hole in his back and pains in his tail bone he can not sit up for more then a hour or so and the lawer told him he had to be in court no matter what and never really told him what to do or something to help. also this hole and tail bone pain is a result from the hospital we are sueing as they are bedwounds from not turning him while he was out of it. |
