Here's what happening to me right now...California

July 3,2008

I purchased 20 pieces of 1oz Maple leaf gold coins(I thought I did)
on 28th of may from the gold dealer company.
They shipped it fully insured on 10th of june( I hope they did), they have the registration number.
But the shipment never arrived to me. The carrier either lost it or it was stolen.
The carrier told me to tell the sender to claim.
Now I want either my coins or my money back, but the dealer says the purchase is done, and
it wasn't their fault, so intil they get the money from the carrier I am not getting anything! And they don't know how long time
it willl take
Could you advise me what would be the best move from my side to get my product or the money back?

Who was the carrier?

All parties involved should submit a claim.

Why was it not insured by the way?

They said it was fully insured, and the carrier is USPS.
So I just have to wait huh?
