how to quash false fir under section 406,498A, 34 ipc

dear sir,
im an NRI from USA, i was married to a girl from india in 2004 in india as well as in US court too, after sum time in marriage, disputes started surfacing by the girls family interferring in our family matters and also using illegal means to harm us, i was blessed with a son mean while, but my wife came back to india, wen my son was 40 days old. its about 2 yrs and 7 months almost since she came back, i tried to contact her several times but her parents did not allow me to talk to her instread they told me not to call as she do nto live there, i once had a chance to talk to her and requested her to come back for the sake of our son. her reply was " you want a nanny for your son not a wife". soo desprate and dishearted by her reply, i filed a divorcee suit in USA. and a ex-partee divorce degree was granted to me on january, 2008.
now wen i came to india in march-april, 2008 the father of the girl lodged a false complaint of dowry under section 406, 498A and 34ipc against me, my father and mother too.
we got anticipatory bails on 11th, april, 2008 and joined the invesigations 3 times, again bail was extended to 26th april by a joint appeal of both the parties that we are negociating on table. during negociating, the girls side asked for 50,000$ for compromise or they will kidnap my son, we frightened, told the DSP concerned, and he told us to run away to USA, so we did same. now DSP have joined with girls family to protect his skin and wants us to be proclaimed offinders now and process is on. on the other hand he is harassing my relatives. he also have suspended the SHO and IO of the case and a different case under section 221, 409 IPC is registered against the police officals on the application of the father of the girl, he now is threating to my relatives that he will include them too under section 120-B of the IPC and book them too.please let me know how to get out of this false case and get both the FIR's quashed
