Default discovery through Interrogatories?

When answering interrogatories, and there is a "general" question about any past convictions, do you have to give an answer about a conviction that is 26 years old? I heard there was a "10 year" period. If anything is older than 10 years, it is genrally inadmissable, and can be left blank????

Default Re: discovery through Interrogatories?

Not sure where you are but you answer with all info you can normally and then the rules will decide what can be used in the trial.
