Default Able to Evict if on Appeal?

My mother sued me for a house and 4 ac which I have had title since 2001.
She won in district court. I currently have possession of the house. I plan
to appeal. Can she have me evicted from the property through the County
Sheriff's Dept if my appeal has been filed? ... Maroni
