motion o se aside final judment

Their was a final judgement place by the courts. I filed a Motion to set aside final judgement with the court stating that i never lived in that property, nor did I known about the debt, never subpenia\'d, no signature, two diffent address on the same street, I wasn\'t living at the address during unknown transaction, and the plantiff does not have my S.S.#. So I found information by local legal aid office to obtain claim form and signature page for a card card case(No representation). The credit card company lawyer filed for a judgement for a credit card that I have dispute and resovle debt off my credit report at one point time. The debt has again appreared on my credit report. I have a court hearing Order settlement hearing. My Question is what documentation will I need to bring or submit to the court\'s before the hearing. Is another motion needed to be filed with the court before the hearing because Local legal aid could not represent me this kind of case.

What do you mean here...it is not clear to me...are there two cases now?
