Default false deposition

My condo association sued the builder for poor construction. The court sent us to arbitration. The association settled but it was not enough to complete repairs. In the agreement a document was signed by the association that forever held the builder blameless and prohibited any future claims against the builder. I have the builders sworn deposition and found untruthful statements. Can I over turn the signed document in the agreement on the strength of these lies?
