A construction lien was placed on our house. Albeit a bogus one. We vacated the lien and paid into court a sum of money with our defence. The Respondent hasn\'t proceeded in over a year. How do we go about dismissing the case and recovering our money with costs? Both the repondent and me (Moving Party) represented ourselves. Thank you. I am from Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA.

You can ask the judge to order it removed if the other party will not do so.
You may even be able to get costs awarded against the other party. |

Thank you for your reply. What is the process to go about doing this?
