help on credit issue

help on credit issue
I have been served with a disclosure subpoena for a unpaid debt of 3,499.00
plus interest and costs. I think the debt was from 2001 but was sold to a few different collection companies. Is there any way to take care of this without going to the hearing and just paying the 3500.00? |

If you pay you may ask for a release and ask them to file a dismissal. They should agree in writing
