CPO

Im in a very ugly custody dispute and all the sudden, out of no where my ex and his girlfriend (whom i do not even know and never met or spoke to) filed for ex parte CPO's they both said i followed them from church and drove by his house and she witnessed it however they never called the police about it nor did they keep dates of me allegedly driving by his home (which i never did) they did name some dates they claim to have seen me following them from church but my work time sheets show at those times i was at work!!! i didn't have a lawyer so i didn't show up for her hearing and i consented to his. Is there anything i can do now?
