help me please

what happens if the defendent doesn't have enough money for the judgment and doesn't own anything? would he have to work to pay it off? and what if he has a job off the books? i don't think they put them in jail, do they? would there be justice?

Then they often cannot easily collect. It happens frequently.

you might ask world law if they could put a collection lawyer on it, that can sometimes help discover other assets or force a debtor to take some kind of action to avoid the hassle and problems of the lawyers

that sounds like a good idea, but unfortunately, it gets alot more complicated. the debtor gave his property that was worth the judgment to someone else years later. that was all he had and it belongs to me. so i think i would need a lawyer, right?

does a lawyer have access to that kind of information? because i hired a private detective to find out what i know so far but it gets really expensive. if i could pay a percentage of my earnings to a lawyer, i'd rather do that. any advice?? i really appreciate it.
