have a neighbor who has placed camera and audio less than 120 ft from my kitchen and dining room windows giving them access to most of our home and conversations . This action was taken because I videoed her husband and herself dumping 20 to 30 gal. of used motor oil and burning electrical wiring for the copper. I stood on open porch and did this with him saying it was his land and he could do what he wanted. (oil and burning done less than 150 ft from home and less than 100 ft from 2 private wells) Case pending. I did this for the apparent reason its against the law, they are doing it out of spite. Do i have any legal recourse?

This issue occurs often and usually the police dept will ask the neighbor to remove it if it appears to be for harassing purposes.
In rare cases where they will not, a court will do so. |

Anybody can record video WHEREVER reasonable expectation of privacy does NOT EXIST as long as signs state that it is happening. Such as each others back yard, front yard, street etc is Legal. However, into a home is illegal. "Why can't we all just get along."

actually that is not quite true--pointing it at a neighbor will cause the police to force you to take it down in many jurisdictions if the purpose seems to harass--we see it all the time
