Wrongful incarceration?

I was sentenced to the Texas Department Of Criminal Justice prison for
a
period of 12 yrs. for aggravated robbery and also sentenced to 5 yrs
probation on the same charge both said to run concurrent with one
another.
After serving five years, I was released due to double jeopardy because
the
5 yrs probation sentence had been given to me a week before the 12 yrs
sentence. Is there any way I can receive some sort of monetary
compensation
for serving 5 yrs in prison when i was suppose to be out on probation?
