Ex partner transfered a property which was in his sole name to myself, it
was for no monetry value, the transfer stipulated that he was to be redeemed from his mortage-which he was. I took out a mortage in my sole name to purchase the property. My ex moved out off the property before the transfer completed. Could he now claim a constructive/resulting trust, or would this gain him a benefical interest. |
