Live in MA, need to subpoena records from an internet service that is headquartered in Dallas, TX. Don't know what to do; do I need to hire a lawyer, in TX, just to do this? Also, company address provided is a P.O. address; do I need to get a physical address? Thx.

You have to have an active court case--small claims or otherwise.
Then you serve the subpoena on the party that you seeking information from. See too http://www.worldlawdirect.com/articl...gal_Forms.html |
