I'm looking for a way to "commence an action" in a court that is NOT a "complaint" because I am not suing anyone. I need to have my statutory rights enforced, which involves a stay on something going on. I have the option of initiating a new proceeding to get this done, but I dont' know how to do it in a way that isn't a lawsuit or "complaint".
Is an injunction a beginning paper, an "opening move", so to speak? |
