How to evict a friend staying with you?
How do you evict a friend that stays with you rent free, and has not signed a rental agreement, and is actively involved in criminal activity? Help please, need assistance on getting this person out ASAP!!!! Oregon specific information would be helpful...

You can get eviction papers at your local court, just as if were a tenant. i fact that is what you must do if he will not leave.
Or try to have him arrested if there is criminal conduct, if you wish, |
