Default Judgement question.

If I am sued and lose in a civil case,does the plaintiff have the right to try to collect monies from my spouse?

Normally no if the judgment just lists you. But joint assets could be taken,,,

If our home is entered in a trust is it protected? If not can it be? Thanks.

They can put a lien on your home in many states but normally cannot take it from you.

...you would need to have your trust reviewed with counsel carefully, as there is no one answer to that question.
