Default China to address torture of prisoners

The Chinese ministry in charge of the police has pledged to launch a campaign against torturing prisoners, in a sign that the government takes seriously public outrage over a series of jail deaths over the past two months.

Turkey has very modern means to torture people, and pack it in democracy, i am really upset that even though i have informed many authorities they are just behaving as if nothing happens over here and they pretend that everything is just fine. I mean including the world most trustful constitutions keep silent while a human being is tortured, take a side to taking steps to solve the conflict in many ways that they could use, i am sure they wont even tell to a bureaucrat or an commander that they are simply doing wrong! Living since 3 years under every kind of humiliation, i mean Turkish government is sending hooligans to disturb my peace and giving them information about my life (via Turkish police), let them listen to my home, carry governments death threats via hooligans and neighbors. I think Turkish government isn't just prearrange this torture they even take active part in all kind of power abuse, cause they are just poor in human quality and they have hardness to face with the facts of the world. If you wanna check the quality and prove my thesis just check the last ellections 22july2007 with best regards.

Turkish police do have a questionable human rights record I would agree.
