Confused Child Custody

I have been common-law for just over 8 years, and I have caught my spouse on
several occasions flirting with many different men from different provinces
and countries. She has also sent naked photo\'s of herself to these
strangers on her emails, and three different internet sites. She has also
sent pictures of her with our children to these strangers. The thing that
worries me most is that she has even given out our home telephone number and
our home address to some of these people. I have even received a couple of
these calls in the middle of the night. So I am fearing for my children\'s
safety. She has also become very abrasive with the children. A very short
temper, she doesn\'t beat them but sometimes snapping and hitting them in an
inappropriate manner and location like the back of their heads. I work out
of town and when arriving home the house has not been cleaned what so ever,
absolutely no clean clothes for the kids, bed sheets not washed for over a
month, no clean dishes and honestly the saying it looked like a tornado went
through the house is not exagerating. I have pictures of the state of the
house and proof of the pictures sent and emails and messages sent. The not
so funny thing about this is that when I confronted her with all the proof,
she denied everything and said she wasn\'t doing anything wrong. She has
even mentioned to me, which I still have on a text message, that she is
emotionally unstable and has very scary thoughts. I asked her if she thought
about suicide and she said yes, but now after all of this, she is once again
denying everything. She has been caught lying over and over again even to
her own family members, which she says that she doesn\'t care what anybody
thinks. She has recently moved out on her own, and now I fear for her own
safety but especially our children\'s, as she is left to do what ever she
wants. I am looking at taking her to court for full custody because I truly
believe that it would be in our children\'s best interest not to be
subjected to the possib!

r. With all of the proof that I have printed out, do you think I have any
chance of getting full custody? Please Help!

Default Re: Child Custody

She is putting the children at serious risk.

Take all that evidence to the court and you have a very good chance of forcing her to have supervised visits only until she gets some help with that behavior.
