Confused Problems with Family Court Commisioner

I currently live in Milwaukee, WI. Today I was in court for a set visitation schedule and to have my child support reduced. In the paperwork, I wanted every weekend, all summer & every other holiday. When I got to court, the Family Court Commisioner would not let me speak my case (I was told that it was all in the paperwork that I filed) and I only got every other weekend & every other holiday because I am not paying support. I am currently unemployed and the Family Court Commisioner ordered me to pay $261.00 per month in child support. The Family Court Commisioner stated that I need to find a job and she also stated that there is no reason for me not to be working (even if it is at McDonalds). When I stated that I had applied at McDonalds and that I have filled out applications everywhere I was told to shut up and find a job. I am currently registered with 5 different temporary services and jobs in Milwaukee are very hard to come by. I would like to know how I can appeal this ruling.

Since I filed the court papers my daughters father moved again and this is his 7th place of residence in the last 2 years (my daughter has gone to 5 different schools). I was going to bring this up today in court, but I could not talk. I have brought this up before and nothing is being done about this.

I would like to know if I should get an attorney and where I can find a pro-bono attorney to help me with this matter (I believe that I was treated unfairly and my right to speak was taken from me). I have a stable home and would like my daughter to live me, my daughter has also expressed interest to live with me, but I would have to wait until September when she is 13. I am afraid that her father will move again and she will have to go to another school before the year is up.

Please help me!!!!
