Default Did no follow custody agreement

For the last five years the custody of two children ages 10 and 12 has not been followed. The parents visited each others homes, mainly the Dad came to the Moms house. Some times he spent the night and on occasion she spent the night at his house. They shared all holidays and even traveled together. The Dad has now changed his mind and wants to go back to the original custody agreement. The chilren are very upset by this. They cry and do not want to go with him. He a very over bearing man. We want him to go slow and give them a chance to adjust. Now if she doesnt follow the child custody agreement he says he is going to cut off her alimony and chil support. He is a very wealthy man. Do I havw any rights?

Who are you in this situation?

The way you have written this, it is impossible to tell who you are and if your are a legal party to the situation.
