Default how often can parent have child

I am having a lot of trouble with my ex husbands wife at the moment. I am trying to tell him he can have the boys on the weekend once a fortnight and his wife keeps yelling at me on the phone and won't let me talk to him and now she is making him claim some of my family tax benefit which I know he won't use for the boys and they will use for themselves would like to know what I can do about it. It is stressing me out. What can I do. Would like to know how often the child has to go there. I have a 13 year old that does not like going there every fortnight.

Your court order will answer your question for you.

If you do not have a court order for visitation, or if your order is very vague, you can go to court to have an order enetered, or to have the existing order modified.
