father is coming to take my son today need help!!!

my sons father is coming to try and get my son from his school today and it isnt his day. he has done this a few times and i have called the police and they tell me there is nothing they can do i have to wait until i go to court and tell the judge which we dont even have a new court date yet. how do i stop my sons father from getting my son when it isnt his day?

What does the SIGNED court order say? You said in your other post that you already went to court and the judge ordered on the things you agreed on...typically at the end of visitation/custody/child support "battle" there will be a Stipulation Judgement- that is the final paperwork that the judge signs and the court will file. That is when you start following the new order. If that hasn't happened and according to the "old order" it is his day then he is allowed to have visitation with his child.
