visitation issue HELP ASAP
I WENT TO COURT ON JANUARY 18TH AND THE JUDGE ORDERED THE THINGS ME AND MY SONS FATHER CAN AGREE ON AND SET ANOTHER DATE FOR US TO DECIDE ON THE THINGS WE CAN NOT AGREE ON FOR VISITATION OF OUR SON. THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS MY SONS FATHER THINKS THAT THE ORDER THAT THE JUDGE SET IN JANUARY ISNT THE ORDER RIGHT NOW HE THINKS IT IS THE OLD ONE WE HAD BEFORE THAT COURT DATE. SEE HE DOESNT HAVE AS MUCH TIME AS HE USED TO SO HE WANTS TO GO WITH THE OLD SCHEDULE. THE LAST TWO SUNDAYS THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO PICK MY SON UP FROM HIM HE WOULDNT GIVE HIM TO ME. NOW TODAY HE CALLED AND SAID HE IS COMING TO MY SONS SCHOOL TO GET HIM BECAUSE HE THINKS IT IS HIS DAY. SO MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING?

You can go back to court and have him held in contempt if the judge agrees that the new order controls.
