Question father w/no legal rights,supporting daughter

my boyfriend has a 15yr old daughter.he signed over his parental rights and allowed her stepfater 2 adopt her when she was 5.he has been in her life continuosly since she was 10.he mother has allowed him 2c her openly w/ the agreement that he will be a constant in her life & he pays for her activities etc.however since she has found out that hes w/ me we are constantly dealing w/ we are not allowed to see her or rediculous restrictions.the daughter wants to see us and we do pay for what is asked.is there anything we can do to guarantee our daughter that she will be able to see us?

No, there is nothing either of you can do. Neither of you have any legal rights at all where the girl is concerned.

All your BF can do is to try to stay on the mother's good side and hope that she allows visits. If she doesn't, all he can do is wait until the girl becomes an adult and then re-establish a relationship with her.
